When you buy a monthly or annual subscription on MyEduGate Overseas Solutions service you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and Refund Policy.

Under no circumstances shall Leno be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials on this site, even if Leno or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of materials from this site results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment or data, you assume any costs thereof.


For your convenience, your monthly and yearly subscriptions will auto-renew if you would like to. In case you choose it, every time before your subscription auto-renews, we will send a mail specifying the amount that will be charged to your credit card. Similarly, after each renewal we will send you a receipt via e-mail specifying the amount that has been deducted together with the next renewal date and the next renewal amount.

Exception to our Refund Policy

Please note that we will not entertain a request for refund (FULL or PRO-RATED) when we have suspended or terminated your access to our Services due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
